SoulCollage® Nashville
What is a SoulCollage® Workshop?
A SoulCollage® workshop is a guided, creative process that uses imagery, intuition, and reflection to access insight, process emotions, and deepen your connection to yourself. No artistic experience is needed—this is not about making “art,” but about listening to what wants to be expressed through image and symbol.
Each workshop is designed to create a supportive, engaging space where participants can slow down, tune in, and explore their inner world in a way that feels both grounded and revealing.
What to Expect
Workshops may include:
-
A simple opening to arrive and settle (such as a breath practice, short reflection, or prompt)
-
Time to intuitively select and work with images
-
The creation of one or more SoulCollage® cards
-
Guided reflection and optional sharing
-
Gentle integration of insights into real-life awareness
Each experience is intentionally held, while still allowing space for your own process to unfold naturally.
Workshop Formats
Workshops can be offered in a variety of formats depending on your goals and setting:
-
Introductory Experience (2–3 hours)
A focused, meaningful introduction to the SoulCollage® process. -
Half-Day Workshop (3–4 hours)
